Ms. Cobos-Soto has been an associate Attorney with the Law Offices of Cobos & Ayala since June 2003. She graduated from California State University, Los Angeles in December 1998 (Bachelor of Arts in Political Science) and from Western State University College of Law in December 2002 (Juris Doctor in Law). Ms. Cobos-Soto has been admitted to the California State Bar since June 2003.

Ms. Cobos-Soto has successfully represented clients before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service (“USCIS”) and before various United States Consulate Offices. Ms. Cobos-Soto has extensive experience representing clients in immigrant visa waiver applications and also representing victims of domestic abuse, victims of violent and serious offenses, and unaccompanied minor applicants in immigration proceedings.

Ms. Cobos-Soto is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. She has been recognized as a “Rising Star” in immigration law in Southern California by Los Angeles Magazine, Southern California Super Lawyers, Rising Stars Edition for Years 2007, 2008, 2010.
