We are focused on providing clients with sound and accessible legal services. If a family member has been detained, we will meet with a family member or representative on his or her behalf. All of our lawyers are bilingual in Spanish and English.

- Deportation/Removal Defense — We work with immigrants who are facing deportation for having been in the country unlawfully and also lawful permanent residents who have committed offenses that make them deportable from the United States.
- Asylum, VAWA, U Visa — We represent individuals who have fled their country in fear of past persecution or because they fear future persecution. We also work with victims of domestic violence who may be able to self-petition and obtain lawful permanent resident status.
- Appeals — When an immigration judge orders removal from the United States or denies an application for relief, the decision may be appealed. We represent individuals during their appeal process.
- Family-Based Immigration — We handle cases of family immigration whether the applying family member is in or out of the United States or has to depart the United States and apply for waivers abroad.
